TEAM MEMBER – SHEFFIELD, M&S SIMPLY FOOD

Pay Rate

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour. Additionally, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your effective rate to £13.41 per hour.

About You

• You love a fast-paced environment with friendly faces, and feel-good moments – retail at its best!
• To perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts, applicants must be 18 years of age or over.
• Be able to legally work 37.5 hours at all times.

About The Team Member Role

• Display a \’customer first\’ attitude, no matter the task at hand.
• Handling deliveries, stock movement, stock handling, keeping shelves full, clean, and organised.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Previous retail experience is desired.
