Main duties of the job

Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. You\’ll work with them to create tailored treatment plans and guide them on their recovery journey. This frontline role at WithYou involves providing continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connect quickly with clients, and ensure they are treated with respect and dignity. Please note this is a fixed-term role until March 2026. The role requires working 37.5 hours per week, including Wednesday evenings, with a salary up to £27,000 based on experience.
