Job Summary: As TLC Projects Manager, you will support the Operations Director in overseeing the delivery, performance, and impact of employment and wellbeing projects across Liverpool City Region. You’ll work closely with Employment Coaches to ensure efficient planning, reporting, and tracking of key milestones. Your role will include providing operational and project management support, ensuring that intensive employment initiatives run smoothly. You’ll also line-manage a small team, using a coaching approach to empower staff while overseeing payments, incentives, and funding requests. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for ensuring project compliance, maintaining accurate records, and implementing processes to align with funder requirements and GDPR standards. Your day-to-day tasks will involve monitoring data, producing reports, and supporting evaluations to ensure funding targets are met. You’ll also contribute to communications and outreach, helping to promote TLC’s work through newsletters, social media, and stakeholder engagement. With a focus on meeting people’s needs beyond traditional employment programmes, this role is ideal for a strategic, organized, and impact-driven leader passionate about social change.
