About the Role: We’re looking for a highly analytical, tech-savvy, and process-oriented Sales Operations Manager to optimize our sales operations in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role plays a critical part in driving operational efficiency, improving sales performance, and enabling data-informed decision-making across the revenue organization.
What You'll Do:
- CRM Optimization: Own and optimize CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring data integrity, automation, reporting accuracy, and user adoption.
- Sales Tech Stack Management: Oversee and integrate sales and marketing tools (BI platforms, enablement, automation, etc.) to support the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Data & Insights: Build dashboards, conduct performance analysis, and deliver actionable insights that inform strategy and drive pipeline growth.
- Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with Sales Leadership on forecasting, quota setting, territory design, and capacity planning.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and streamline sales workflows, remove friction points, and champion operational best practices.
- Project Management: Lead key sales ops initiatives (e.g., tool implementations, GTM process changes) from planning to execution.
- Change Management: Guide teams through operational changes; deliver training and documentation to support adoption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align strategies, reporting, and planning.
- Sales Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership on compensation plans, performance trends, and enablement needs.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles within a SaaS or tech company.
- Deep knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred) and strong system administration skills.
- Experience working with sales analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
- Solid understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, sales velocity).
- Proven track record in optimizing sales processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management experience (PMP or similar certification a plus).
- Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger.
- Experience with tools like Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo is a plus.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.
