Warehouse Operative - Nightshift

Shift Patterns: 19:00 – 03:30, Sunday to Thursday, with 1 in 5 Fridays working and a split rest day.

Pay: Plus (10% from 19:00 – 22:00 and 20% from 22:00 – 03:30) – With shift allowance, you can achieve a salary of up to £39,000 per year.

Location: Portbury

Note: Due to its location, your own transport is required as public transport does not service the site well.

As a Warehouse Operative at our Portbury depot, your responsibilities include picking, packing, and checking the quality of ambient, chilled, and frozen food items for delivery. The role begins with a full induction, and with our support and optional accredited training—including forklift, first aid, and HGV driving—your potential is limitless. There are ample opportunities to move shifts, roles, and advance within the company.

Requirements include an eye for detail, comfort working in a cool environment (a free thermal uniform is provided), the ability to lift up to 25kg, and ideally, your own transport to get to the site.
