£14.14 Per Hour Plus Company Benefits

Full Time – 36 hours per week – Night Shifts

About Lakeview Grange

Located in Chichester, West Sussex, Lakeview Grange is a luxurious 55-bed residential and dementia care home.

Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, passionate, and reliable Senior Care Assistants to join our care team. You will support our residential and dementia residents, promoting their independence, choice, and individuality.

Qualifications & Experience

• NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification
• Knowledge of care legislation and CQC standards
• Supervisory experience and medication administration qualification
• At least 2 years’ experience working with older people and those with dementia

Personality & Skills

• Physically and medically capable of duties
• Team player, proactive, flexible, and adaptable
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload under pressure
