Job Description Buying & Merchandising Assistant (12-Month FTC/Maternity Cover) Nevisport Role Profile Reports to: Nevisport General Manager Contract: 12-month fixed term contract Location: Glasgow, office based Salary: Dependent on experience Role Overview Nevisport is an outdoor clothing and equipment retailer , specialising in climbing, skiing, camping and general outdoor gear. Nevisport was historically acquired by Jacobs & Turner (who trade under the Trespass name) and operate within the Trespass Head Office. As the Buying & Merchandising Assistant, we are looking for someone with a real passion for the outdoors and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. This role will be key in driving the company forward. Job role To support the buying/merchandising team in all aspects. Monitor stock & sales in each store and move stocks when needed. To take care of the day to day needs of the stores. Store stock transfers. Write-off lost/stolen stock from stores. To assist with order raising/checking.
