The Store Manager plays a key role in the store's success, overseeing sales, profitability, customer service, and operations.
We welcome applications from those currently working as Catering Managers, Store Managers, Restaurant Managers, or experienced Supervisors, Assistant Managers, or Deputy Managers seeking career progression. Management experience in a fast-paced retail environment is essential.
Your main responsibilities include ensuring the store's success through sales, profitability, customer service, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Recruiting, inducting, and training staff in line with Subway's standards, leading by example
- Creating and managing staff schedules
- Checking deliveries, matching orders, and managing daily banking
- Preparing stock and sales paperwork, employee pay, and timesheets
- Managing cash balances and minimizing wastage

- Managing inventory, stock control, weekly stock takes, and reports
