We have a great opportunity available for a Site Manager to join a successful, reputable Main Contractor working across North Wales, Chester, and surrounding areas. The company specializes in Education & Healthcare projects, with project values up to 8 million.
About the Role
The company has recently won several new projects starting imminently, and is looking to expand its close-knit team. You will report to an onsite Project Manager or Contracts Manager, depending on the project's size. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the smooth operational running of your assigned site
- Maintaining health & safety standards and policies at all times
- Monitoring work quality
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
- Chairing regular site meetings
- Programming works and scheduling
- Ordering materials and managing resources
Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a background working for a Main Contractor and possess experience managing both refurbishment and new build/extension projects within the Education and Healthcare sectors, from start to completion. A stable and progressive career history is essential.
Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of approximately £45,000, along with a car or car allowance, pension, and additional benefits.
