Support the Disputes Resolution group, with a particular emphasis on our public law and procurement disputes, public inquiries, and complex commercial litigation in the TCC and Commercial Court. Work closely with partners and fee-earners in the Disputes Resolution Group to ensure the team develops and maintains its market profile. Provide technical legal support, thought leadership, and training.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6-8 years' PQE in litigation or dispute resolution.
  • Expertise in public law disputes, procurement litigation, and public inquiries.
  • Has dealt with complex litigation in the Administrative Court, Commercial Court or TCC.
