A Top 50 UK law firm is seeking a Professional Discipline & Healthcare Regulatory Associate/Senior Associate with 5 years’ PQE or more. The role offers a salary of £65,000–£85,000 along with a generous bonus and benefits package.

THE TEAM: The Professional Discipline & Healthcare Regulatory team is experiencing growth and acts for a wide range of clients, including insurers, Royal Colleges, medical and dental organisations, private healthcare providers, and individual regulated professionals. The successful candidate will enjoy a variety of work including:
- Defending professionals before their regulators
- MHPS proceedings
- Inquests
- Judicial review
- Medico-legal advisory work
THE CANDIDATE: This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor with a strong background in professional discipline, defendant clinical negligence, and/or healthcare advisory work. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Technical excellence and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
The location of this role is flexible, with the opportunity to work in the London office and remotely.
