Job Type: Fixed Term or Flexible Contract
Part time: 16.25 hours per week during term time (38 weeks). You will be required to work from 2:45pm β 6pm. 26.25 hours per week during term time (38 weeks). You will be required to work from 7:00am β 9:00am & 2:45pm - 6pm. Top-up hours available through other roles throughout the business.

Key Duties:
- Assist in planning and providing appropriate leisure activities for children aged 4 to 11.
- Assist with planning, preparing, and delivering a variety of quality play opportunities.
- Set up play spaces, including moving furniture and play equipment.
- Support the collection and safe transportation of children between school and the childcare setting.
- Provide refreshments, including hot and cold snacks, while promoting positive behaviour and involvement.
- Liaise with parents and teachers about children's needs and progress.
- Respond to safeguarding concerns and report any issues to your line manager.
Role requirements:
- Availability from 7am-9am and 2:45pm β 6pm during term time.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Level 2 or 3 childcare/play work relevant qualification
- Food Hygiene certificate
- Paediatric First Aid
- Safeguarding Children
