Swinton Estate is situated in the Yorkshire Dales and is one of the largest privately owned estates in England. We boast Swinton Park, a luxury traditional castle hotel with 42 bedrooms, two holiday cottages and award-winning Samuel's Restaurant; a luxurious country club and spa including the contemporary Terrace Restaurant; Swinton Bivouac, a glamping site with tree lodges, yurts and café, and the Swinton cookery school.

The Role: As a Receptionist you will:

  • Greet guests on arrival
  • Be the first point of contact for guests
  • Answer phones
  • Check guests in and provide tours if necessary
  • Preparation for check in and check outs
  • Work alongside other reception staff and porters to ensure all guests are happy

We Are Looking For:

  • A strong team player
  • Previous experience working in a similar receptionist role
  • Flexibility as you would be required to work weekends and shift patterns
  • Experience of using premier software booking system and reslynx booking system
  • The ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Great personal presentation and pride in your appearance
  • Excellent spoken English
