R&A Group LTD is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at our headquarters in Hamilton, Lanarkshire.
This is a full-time role with a variety of responsibilities, providing a great opportunity to contribute to our company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase and sales orders
- Managing the company fleet
- Communicating with customers, suppliers, and employees
- Maintaining and updating business system records
- Overseeing work completion with engineers to meet client targets
Candidate Requirements:
- Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Sage
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- IT proficiency, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- A collaborative team player able to work with colleagues at all levels
