We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join Aspire People to work in schools in Burton-On-Trent, working in on a 1:1 basis with a pupil with SEN.The schools are always eager to grow and are interested in innovative staff who will brighten up the children’s day and make them feel part of the class and adhere to their needs.As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working alongside the class teacher and other TA’s supporting pupils with everyday school life, however, there will be times that you will need to be supporting children on a one to one and small groups bases independently.
