Your Contribution as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer:

You will be instrumental in achieving superior finishes on our specialist vehicles, with responsibilities including:

• Thoroughly preparing vehicles for painting, ensuring optimal surface conditions.

• Expert Surface Preparation, encompassing cleaning, sanding, and meticulous masking.

• Precise Colour Matching and Mixing to achieve exact shades for seamless results.

• Seamless Blending and Feathering techniques for invisible repairs and transitions.

• Maintaining the highest standards of finish, crucial for a Race Car Company.

What we\’re looking for in a Paint Sprayer:

• An NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Body and Paint Operations (or similar qualification).

• Prior experience working for an automotive retailer or in a high-quality vehicle preparation environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail – a must for this role in East Sussex.

• The ability to collaborate effectively as part of a close-knit team.

• Strong communication skills.
