Are you a Solicitor (2yrs+ PQE) with experience in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims seeking a new role offering “Hybrid” working? Our client is a an established practice with 3 offices located along the Sussex coast. You will be working closely alongside one of the south east’s leading injury lawyers dealing with complex claimant RTA, EL, PL claims as well as some Clinical Negligence matters which includes paraplegia, mesothelioma, complex regional pain syndrome, spinal injuries and head/brain injury cases. Any added experience with Holiday/Travel claims would be a bonus. You will be handling a mixed caseload whilst playing an active role in expanding the existing department, candidates must be IT literate, have experience working with Case Management systems. Anyone with or working towards either the Law Society Personal Injury Panel, Clinical Negligence Panel or members of Headway would be an added advantage.
