An established HealthTech software provider is looking for a commercially-minded Account Manager to manage and grow key relationships across NHS secondary care. The Role

  • Manage a portfolio of NHS accounts across the UK, focusing on contract renewals, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
  • Expand product usage across departments and specialities within existing accounts.
  • Lead on new business opportunities through a mix of inbound and outbound strategies (with marketing support).
  • Maintain a detailed CRM, build tailored account strategies, and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with customer support and product teams to identify risks and uncover upsell opportunities.

About You

  • 3+ years in sales or account management with a successful track record.
  • Ideally preferred if you have previously worked in secondary care and are selling software into the NHS.
  • Strong relationship-builder with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience selling software or digital solutions, ideally into the healthcare sector.
  • Comfortable managing a large portfolio of clients and balancing commercial and service-led conversations.
  • Able to work independently, prioritise effectively and travel across the UK as required.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.

  • Up to Β£45,000 base with Β£62,500 OTE.
  • 23 days annual leave, increasing with length of service.
