Job Description

The sales assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base, and sustain the brand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service, and quality standards.
  • Pursue specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager to contribute to the overall store objectives, both individually and as part of a team.
  • Engage in clientele activities.
  • Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
  • Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge.
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints.
  • Act as an ambassador of the customer-centric approach within the store.
  • Work Schedule: 32 hrs/week.

Profile:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Demonstrate good conversational English.
  • Have 1-3 years of retail experience; luxury experience is a plus.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure each customer receives consistent and professional service.
  • Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Maintain high standards consistently.
