The sales assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base, and sustain the brand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service, and quality standards.
- Pursue specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager to contribute to the overall store objectives, both individually and as part of a team.
- Engage in clientele activities.
- Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
- Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Act as an ambassador of the customer-centric approach within the store.
Work Schedule: 32 hrs/week.
Profile: The ideal candidate will:
