Our client specialises in Wealth Management, Wills, Trust and Probate matters and are offering a senior position within their boutique firm for someone looking for career growth with route to Partnership. This role will suit someone who is already leading a small private client team of fee earners, or a Senior Associate seeking the next step in their career.
This is a very good role and we are seeking someone who can manage their own clients, many of which are HNW across Herts, Essex and Greater London areas as well as being influential and motivated to lead a small department. The work will see you meeting and engaging with clients, preparing Wills, creating Trusts and considering tax implications to mitigate liability, Estate Planning and administration as well as Lasting Powers of Attorney preparations.
The team work collaboratively, they are friendly and at a different level of their careers, full and part time, and you will be joining in a Department Head capacity, able to consider the business plan and meet objectives whilst mentoring less experienced fee earners. The role comes with full secretarial support and the firm have excellent marketing capabilities which have raised its reputation and strengthened its client reach.
Key skills will be client interaction as the firm pride themselves on customer service and repeat business. The very good benefits package includes healthcare and a salary linked to experience. You will be joining a firm who are looking to expand into other areas of law, and this is an opportunity offering route to Partnership. STEP advantageous but not essential.
