A leading investment management firm is seeking a detail-oriented Performance and Attribution Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role involves calculating and reviewing performance returns for funds, client portfolios, and benchmarks. The successful candidate will also lead projects to update performance calculation tools and implement performance attribution systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and review performance returns for funds, portfolios, and benchmarks.
- Manage projects related to client reporting, including updating calculation tools and attribution systems.
- Coordinate with vendors to meet requirements and support onboarding of new services.
- Analyze data at stock and sector levels, resolve queries, and perform peer group analysis.
- Prepare performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Oversee outsourced performance measurement and maintain training materials.
- Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Possess strong understanding of asset management and performance measurement methodologies.
- Be numerate, detail-oriented, and proficient in MS Excel, with knowledge of accounting and valuation principles.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in performance calculation for client portfolios, funds, and benchmarks.
- Experience within an asset management or third-party performance measurement team.
- Exposure to equity, fixed income, and multi-asset securities.
- Familiarity with data vendors like FactSet, Bloomberg, or Morningstar.
- Experience with performance software such as FactSet, Lipper, MSCI BarraOne, or StatPro.
- IMC or CIPM qualifications are preferable.
