Talent Motion is working with one of the world's leading Commercial Property Consultancies, advising on all aspects of commercial property to help clients realise the true value of their properties, estates and portfolios. The consultancy has developed full technical in-house capability, with a fully integrated and established M&E Asset Engineering Team. The team provides expert guidance on building engineering system performance and sustainability, feeding off the M&E projects that occur across all client buildings and portfolios.
The role will give you direct access to clients, working on their behalf as part of the client team. This is a real opportunity to take ownership of your own client base, developing an entrepreneurial approach to client needs and gaining a clear understanding of the commercial drivers behind property ownership and development. Due to growth, they are now looking for an Associate Director - M&E Surveying with Mechanical or Electrical Asset Engineering skills for their Birmingham office. You will be responsible for:
- Building Services MEP Asset Management Engineering/Consultancy
- Technical Due Diligence, Condition Surveys, Performance Specifications, Plant Replacement projects, Maintenance Strategies, Life Cycle Costing, and Development Monitoring
- Building and maintaining a deep understanding of existing clients
- Working effectively with and supporting other team members and departments to achieve seamless client service
