This is what you will be doing As a Financial Regulation Lawyer, you will be:- Advising a diverse client base, including banks, fintechs, insurers, and investment firms, on complex regulatory matters. Provide expertise on regulatory compliance, including FCA rules, governance, and financial crime prevention. Support clients on payment services, e-money regulation, and compliance frameworks for regulated and unregulated businesses. Draft and review policies, procedures, and agreements, including customer documentation and outsourcing arrangements. Collaborate with corporate and commercial teams to deliver comprehensive regulatory advice.
