The firm spans disputes/litigation, asset-tracing/investigations, compliance/monitoring, and sustainability/ESG. Exposure may include contractual disputes, joint venture and shareholder disputes, post-acquisition claims, warranty & indemnity matters, international arbitration, contentious valuations, competition/antitrust, and business interruption.

The firm is known for handling high-caliber matters comparable to larger Expert firms and has a reputation for developing new Experts and Partners.

What you\’ll need to succeed

This role is ideal for an ACA who has begun their forensic career, particularly in disputes and valuations, and is seeking more control over their development and progression. You should be working in a firm where you feel your career path in disputes/quantum/valuation is clear and where you can advance without excessive competition at your level.
