Here at Williams, an independent trade-only plumbing and heating merchant, we’re looking for a Trade Counter Assistant to join our busy and friendly team in Crawley!
This is a varied and active role which includes:
- serving customers on the trade counter and over the phone
- making deliveries
- assisting with warehouse duties
If you also have previous exposure of working within a builders merchants or trade counter, customer service, retail, or the plumbing and heating trade, we would LOVE to hear from you!
As our Branch Assistant, you’ll be:
- Maintaining the warehouse, including stock rotation and general housekeeping.
- Serving on the trade counter and handling incoming enquiries.
- Accurately picking orders in preparation for delivery.
- Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods.
- Assisting with the general upkeep of the branch.
- Carrying out deliveries in the local area.
- Processing quotes.
