Among its clients is one of the largest banks in the world, giving the business an excellent market position. The company operates primarily on a recurring revenue model and is backed by a mid-market fund known for its growth-focused, acquisition-driven strategies. Finatal has a strong, established relationship with this fund, having collaborated on multiple engagements. The business’s ambitious growth trajectory has created a new opportunity for a hands-on Senior FP&A Manager who is both analytical and data-driven. In this role, you will serve as the CFO’s second-in-command, playing a key role in the professionalisation of the finance team. The CFO brings a background in private equity-backed technology companies, with expertise in leading international teams, optimising profitability, and enhancing financial systems. The managerial style is hands-off, allowing the ideal candidate to operate autonomously and develop their own leadership approach. The Responsibilities Analyse, understand, and communicate trading and financial performance across three channels, presenting key insights to the Board Build out the FP&A function Partner with the CEO, CFO, and Senior Leadership Team to manage performance and deliver strategic plans Lead financial planning, encompassing all aspects of the forecasting cycles (Budgets, Outlooks, Long Term Plans) Influence key stakeholders using commercial acumen, data, insights, and trends to drive proactive and corrective actions in delivering the Commercial P&L Lead the implementation of digital technologies to automate large parts of daily and weekly reporting, adopting a data-driven approach to demand planning and production scheduling The Requirements ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience Proven finance leadership experience with a passion for commercial finance and the ability to build a ‘best in class’ commercial finance function Strong analytical skills with advanced data competencies highly valued Extensive expertise in FP&A, cash flow planning, forecasting and financial modeling Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence senior leaders and drive profitability improvements Experience with the financial software NetSuite #J-18808-Ljbffr
