Latymer Search is assisting a leading property firm in hiring for their Consultancy, Valuation, and Advisory teams.

Their LPA team, closely collaborating with the Valuations department, seeks to add a professional to their receivership team (currently two members). Candidates from a Commercial Valuation background are encouraged to apply. The role is primarily office-based, with some flexibility; ideally, the team would work in the office 3-4 days per week.

The firm advises numerous lenders, including high street banks, private banks, insurance companies, and challenger banks, and is recognized as a leading provider of loan security valuation services.

Offering:

• Basic salary – negotiable based on experience; approx. £50,000 – £75,000 per annum, plus car allowance and bonus. The firm is known for competitive salary and bonus packages.
