Ayrshire College catering services department are seeking a hard working member of staff who is passionate and caring about food and customer service. You will be operating within a dynamic team in a professional working environment, preparing and serving breakfast rolls and light lunches.
We require successful candidates to support the delivery of the College’s catering service by providing high quality and professional catering facilities to the students, staff and visitors to the College through ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Refectory and coffee shop in the College.
You will have relevant up-to-date kitchen cleaning experience, along with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team. It is desirable, but not essential, to hold an SVQ level 2 in cookery or equivalent, and desirable, but not essential, to hold a relevant food hygiene certificate at Elementary level.
