Telesales Executive

Sales isn't just about selling; it's about solving problems and building lasting relationships. As a Telesales Executive at Dawsongroup, you'll be at the forefront of our Van Ninja Leasing business, helping customers find the right vehicle solutions.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, guiding customers through our product range (this role will involve minimal cold calling).
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline to drive business growth.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to maximise opportunities.
• Keep our internal systems up to date with accurate customer details.

About You

If you're confident on the phone, love talking to people, and have a knack for understanding customer needs, you'll thrive in this role. No two days are the same, so adaptability and a proactive approach are key.

• Excellent communication skills—you know how to listen as well as sell.
• A team player who enjoys working towards shared goals.
• Organised and able to manage multiple conversations at once.
• Driven by targets and motivated to succeed.
• Experience in telesales or customer service is great, but not essential.
