The role will be 2 days a week at home.

As Director of IT and IT Projects, you will provide leadership on all technology initiatives within the business, ensuring that IT Services and Projects support and advance the company\’s mission, values, and strategic priorities. You will oversee the effective delivery of IT infrastructure, systems, and services, balancing operational excellence with the adoption of emerging technologies. You will champion a data-driven decision-making approach, lead digital transformation projects, and drive organizational change to create a modern, adaptive, and digitally enabled environment.

• Senior leadership experience in a comparable IT or digital role within a complex, medium to large organization
• Proven experience leading large-scale digital projects aligned with strategic goals
• Experience in resource management, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
• Strong leadership and change management skills, with excellent organizational, planning, communication, and influencing abilities
