We’re recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to earn £26,000 per annum.

Customer Service Advisor role:

1. Taking calls and answering questions from customers to ensure initial call resolutions.
2. Providing a professional and enhanced customer service experience.
3. Taking inbound calls and/or responding to incoming emails, in line with service level agreements and our compliance policies.
4. Ensuring accurate and informative notes are recorded on the company database.

Customer Service Advisor pay:

£26,000 per annum.
