Our client, a leading company based in Nottingham, is seeking a motivated Help Desk Specialist to join their team.
This is a 5 days per week onsite position initially, but you will be able to work hybrid (2 days from home) once you\’re up to speed with the product and systems.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous IT/help desk experience, eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working for a company who are continuing to grow throughout 2025.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support to customers via phone, email or our help desk.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues reported by customers.
- Assist customers in understanding and utilising software features and functionalities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an IT support or help desk role.
- Knowledge of IT systems & software troubleshooting.
- Excellent phone manner, communication, and problem-solving skills.
