Base pay range

Our client, a leading company based in Nottingham, is seeking a motivated Help Desk Specialist to join their team.

This is a 5 days per week onsite position initially, but you will be able to work hybrid (2 days from home) once you\’re up to speed with the product and systems.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous IT/help desk experience, eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working for a company who are continuing to grow throughout 2025.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Provide first-line support to customers via phone, email or our help desk.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues reported by customers.
  3. Assist customers in understanding and utilising software features and functionalities.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in an IT support or help desk role.
  2. Knowledge of IT systems & software troubleshooting.
  3. Excellent phone manner, communication, and problem-solving skills.
