About the role
Customers visit our café for all sorts of reasons. Whether it’s a hearty breakfast to kickstart their day, or a quick pick-me-up for those on their way, we’re here to provide great service, no matter the order. That’s where you, as a member of our Front of House team, come in.
With your dedication to excellent service and your keen understanding of health and safety standards, you’ll help make every day a little better. Whether you’re dishing out food and drinks, keeping tables clean, or staying up-to-date with our menu and exciting initiatives, your dedication keeps our food fresh and our café inviting.

You will be responsible for
- Serving customers quickly, efficiently and with care.
- Resolving customer complaints and relaying information to the Café Manager.
- Maintaining food freshness by following first in, first out (FIFO) stock rotation.
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
- Accepting deliveries and handling the safe storage of food.
- Being aware of (and following) all operational policies and procedures.
- Making sure we maintain our standards and all food products are available.
- Staying up-to-date with business communications and exciting new initiatives.
- Knowing our café’s menu inside out and making sure food is served the way it’s intended.
- Preparing hot and cold drinks for customers.
You will need
