Main duties of the job

1. Work as an integral member of a team, supporting colleagues, treating everyone with respect, and acting in the best interest of patients.
2. Answer phone calls, take accurate messages, chaperone and escort patients, and run errands.
3. Complete daily cleaning tasks to ensure the environment is clean, tidy, clutter-free, and welcoming.
4. Communicate effectively with colleagues regarding patient care and as delegated by the nurse in charge.
5. Perform a range of practical and clinical skills, both basic and advanced, for which you are trained and deemed competent.
