Excellent opportunity to join a market leader within the UK Industrial and commercial supply and service sector operating nationwide on a 24/7 basis delivering the highest level of customer care to our client base. Our new Central Leeds office is the platform to deliver a premium service to North and Central regions.
This is an exciting role which requires experience in delivering effective labour planning, managing and controlling mobile service vans, whilst supporting administration functions for the business centre team. In this arena only service levels delivering excellence will be accepted by the client.
The Role
Operating as a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination of all installation, repair, service, maintenance and PPM works on customer sites across the North Central regions. Coordinating mobile engineers providing attendance on all client sites for industrial and commercial doors, including loading bay equipment throughout the region. Demonstrating working to demanding deadlines, possessing a can-do attitude, creative mind, high level of energy, enthusiasm and happy to communicate with customers at all levels.
Ideally we need you to be
- Well educated with experience of coordinating service offers.
- Facilitate a team delivering the highest level of service excellence to the client.
- Confident telephone manner required for answering incoming client calls.
- Excellent keyboard and IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills within the Industrial service sector.
Ideally experienced in
- Negotiating attendance timescale and costs.
- Updating company performance systems.
- Administration of company service management software.
- Processing client quotations.
- Producing price quotations.
- Raising purchase orders.
