This role will be responsible for leading the organisation, development, and delivery of the Performance Hockey programme at Nottingham Trent University, one of the top-ranked University hockey programmes in the country.

Working alongside the Head of Hockey and the wider support services staff, you will be directly responsible for the delivery of weekly training sessions and matchdays for our Hockey Performance Squads, along with supporting the wider Hockey programme.

Additionally, you will be instrumental in the recruitment, selection, and retention of talented student athletes, both from within the UK and internationally, along with continuing to develop the thriving and successful performance culture at the heart of the club.
