Reports To: Associate/Ops Director

Job Summary: To support the smooth operation of the business by providing essential technical assistance. This role will contribute to the efficiency and reliability of our systems and processes, specifically within our invoice discounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Support: Assist in maintaining Google Workspace, our core system which needs developing to support the use as a CRM system and a transactional system. Provide first-line technical support to staff, troubleshooting and resolving issues as directed. Learn and understand system processes to effectively support colleagues.
  • Data Management: Assist with data entry and data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency. Support the generation of reports and analysis of data.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying potential efficiencies.
  • Compliance: Support compliance with relevant regulations, particularly data protection and financial regulations.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Basic understanding of IT systems and networks.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
