We’re looking for a data-savvy, systems-thinker to join our high-impact Subscriptions Delivery team. As a Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we analyse, report, and drive progress across our portfolio. You’ll be at the heart of our operations—leading data storytelling, improving delivery visibility, and influencing decisions that shape our future. What You'll Do
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualise performance, trends, and delivery progress
- Own weekly portfolio reporting—highlighting insights, risks, and opportunities
- Support planning cycles and help drive operational discipline across our roadmap
- Collaborate with Initiative Owners, Program and Road Managers to track delivery
- Drive improvements in our planning, reporting, and governance processes
- Step in for the Senior Manager when needed, representing the team in strategic discussions
