We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This office-based position involves leading a team responsible for managing day-to-day property-related issues. The successful candidate will oversee property matters reported by tenants and external support workers in a fast-paced environment, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team in the efficient handling of day-to-day property management tasks, including tenant queries and maintenance issues.
- Respond promptly and effectively to reactive property management issues.
- Oversee the management of tenant relationships, ensuring clear and professional communication with tenants, support workers, utilities, and landlords.
