The Role
This role is an opportunity for someone to be part of a strong development team with a diverse portfolio of affordable projects in South Manchester, with over 400 homes on site. You will be working closely with Development Officers to help bring forward new opportunities to meet growth targets and gain experience of delivery, including assisting with handovers. Our team environment is fully supported and will help you fulfil your potential. Ambition, commitment, and enthusiasm are essential.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Development team for an Assistant Development Officer. For the right person, we offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, and 25 days holiday increasing to 30 days. We are looking for someone who is a strong team player and will help us deliver our ambitious targets for growth.
