As Glasgow's only 5* Hotel, our team are focused on providing our guests with 5* service and making heartfelt human connections in our boutique hotel, standing strong in Glasgow's city centre.

As a Housekeeping Team Leader, we will support you to:

What do you need to be a Housekeeping Team Leader? Your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our Housekeeping Manager to train our team, ensure high standards are being met in every room, and to support the team in cleaning rooms. You will be confident in completing various tasks throughout your day and are flexible to complete ad hoc tasks as and when required to support the team. So, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week across 5 shifts (weekend availability is essential, shift times will vary).
  • Experience working within Cleaning or Housekeeping as a Team Leader, Assistant Manager or Supervisor would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently, working to time deadlines and at a fast pace.
  • Drive to produce results; we work together within the Kimpton family to continue to provide our guests with extremely personal experiences and human connection.
  • A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
