About the role
Our Food and Beverage department is a key part in providing our passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our F&B Assistants work across the premium lounges, bars, restaurants, and cafes in the terminal. Here’s what you will be doing day to day:
- Serve customers at their table and at the till point.
- Prepare hot and cold beverages.
- Prepare some hot food items and deliver them to our customers' tables.
- Responsible for stock rotation and replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, floors, and tables.
- Support with stock deliveries.
- Work with my team and colleagues from other departments to consistently deliver exemplary service.
- Fully embody the Airports ‘One Team’ culture and undertake other activities to support the needs of the business as required.
- Understand that the Airport operates 24/7, and may be scheduled to work any shift during operating hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
To undertake this role, you need to possess the following skills:
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in customer service.
- Knowledge in Food Safety.
