Description
- Preparing fresh food in a kitchen environment
- Using locally sourced produce
- Performing general housekeeping within the kitchen
- Knife work
- Operating kitchen appliances
- Pastry and baking work
- Washing, cutting, and preparing vegetables
- Preparing meat and fish such as chicken, steak, and pork
- Ensuring allergens and intolerances are handled carefully
- Adhering to health and safety regulations
- Managing food waste
Requirements
- Shift 5 days a week, with earliest start at 9am and latest at 10pm (specific days to be confirmed)
- Passion for food and cooking
- Teamwork skills
- Punctuality and good attendance
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
- Good communication and listening skills
Educational Requirements
No formal qualifications are required.
