As an Audit Director you will be a Responsible Individual focused on delivering and signing off high‑quality audits while playing a pivotal role in the strategic growth of the team, business development, and fostering an inclusive culture. We are looking for experienced RIs who have a high audit quality rating, operate in either the listed or mid‑market space, and have a passion for coaching teams to success and building long‑standing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and sign off high‑quality audits in compliance with professional standards.
- Lead the strategic growth of your audit team, driving business development and client relationship building.
- Coach and develop audit staff to achieve quality and performance goals.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative and high‑performing culture within the practice.
Qualifications
- Existing Recognition/Identification (RI) status with a superior audit quality rating.
- Significant experience in the listed or mid‑market sector.
- Proven track record of coaching and developing audit teams.
- Strong client management skills and ability to build enduring relationships.
