Our Data Solutions team leads new customer implementations and supports our sales team in product demos. We are seeking an experienced leader to scale our implementation processes as we grow rapidly.
The product: We are building a metrics-first finance and billing platform that enables B2B SaaS leaders to invoice customers, tell their ARR story, and track revenue—regardless of contract complexity.
What does the Data Solutions team do? The team handles data integrations and works closely with customers. It combines technical and analytical skills with a customer-first approach (note: this is not strictly a data engineering or customer success role).
The role you will play:
- Lead and expand an existing team of 5 Data Solutions members.
- Evaluate and improve current implementation strategies for scalability, including process redesign, tooling, and resource allocation, leveraging your prior client implementation experience.
- Participate as part of the leadership team, collaborating cross-functionally with the company and co-founders Sidharth Kakkar and Michelle Lee.
- Shape and build organizational processes with autonomy, helping customers and teammates succeed.
- Initially, be hands-on with client implementations to understand team workflows.

Requirements:
- 5+ years SaaS implementation experience
