Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
• Plan and deliver engaging activities to promote learning and development
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child\’s needs
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent such as CACHE, EYPS, EYTS)
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development in the foundation stage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and build positive relationships
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Relevant experience in early years is preferred
