You’ll also support the fabrication and site teams with technical drawings and design modifications when necessary. The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in managing a drawing or design office, ideally within an engineering or manufacturing setting. Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
