Pay Rate: £13.82 per hour + £2.20 unsocial hours premium (Nights circa £16.02/hour)

Key Responsibilities
- Order Picking & Packing: Accurately picking customer orders and preparing for dispatch.
- Material Handling Equipment (MHE): Use of warehouse machinery training may be provided if required.
- Stock Movement & Inventory Control: Ensuring accurate movement of stock across departments.
- Customer Service: Communicating effectively with internal teams and external customers.
- Data Entry: Basic use of Microsoft Office and internal systems including Matrix software.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet KPIs.
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and physically fit for warehouse duties
- Basic IT skills confident using Microsoft Office
- MHE or FLT experience (desirable but not essential)
- Flexible to work days or nights
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) or willing to obtain one
- Able to provide a 5-year work history (essential for compliance)
