The role of the Commis Chef is to successfully assist our kitchen brigade throughout service. Ideal commis chef candidates should have the following:
As a seasoned ingredient preparer, you’ll be responsible for selecting only the highest quality ingredients for our world-class dishes.
You’ll go above and beyond to maintain the kitchen’s high standards in food rotation and restocking.
Your keen eye for detail will help us maintain impeccable kitchen and food safety standards, all while utilizing state-of-the-art kitchen production equipment.
