Berkshire Taconic Community Foundation (BTCF) seeks a full-time Community Engagement Officer who will work primarily in Columbia and Berkshire Counties with volunteer committees of geographically-focused area funds and other community-based funds. This position will also support a portfolio of donors and other core activities.
A focus of this position is working with committees to align grantmaking with BTCF’s strategic priorities, including increasing educational attainment, economic opportunity, and community engagement.
This position reports to the Director of Programs and the Senior Philanthropy Officer and is an externally-facing hybrid position with structured remote, in-office hours, and time spent conducting outreach activities.
